A. This is a discount offer in which the client pays for only three days for a rental period of four to seven days, provided the rental period is for at least two weeks.
If the rental period is not more than one week, then a four-day-week discount is offered.
Minimum rental value policy is applied after discount.
A. We accept rentals that meet a minimum value of NGN500,000.00 after discount.
Rental requests lower than the minimum value may be rejected.
A. A security deposit is required as a safe guard against any default from the client including damages, late returns, etc.
The security deposit is fully refundable subject to the whole and timely return of all equipment.
A. An insurance fee of 1%* is charged to the client and paid to the insurance company in the name of the studio (the insured). This fee is not refundable.
*The insurance rate may be changed by the insurer without any prior notice.
A. Our services are available within Lagos State, Nigeria. Locations outside this region would require further discussions.
A. Yes, we do. We provide transportation of the equipment for the duration of the rental. Additional fees may be charged.
A. No, we do not provide personnel to operate the equipment. Our services are equipment-for-hire only. It is the responsibility of the client to hire competent and experienced personnel to safely and properly operate the equipment.
A. No, we do not. We require that all charges are paid in full and at least 24 hours in advance of the rental period.
A. Subject to the signing of a rental agreement and the confirmation of payment, the equipment will be delivered to the client by the close of business on the day before the rental period.
A. Equipment must be returned by or before 12 p.m. on the next day after the rental period.
Late returns without prior approval by an authorised representative of the studio will attract a penalty fee.
A. Yes, you can. We strongly recommend that you and your crew visit our studio to inspect and test the equipment well before the rental period.
